Step up from the Double Head to a Multi Head configuration when production volume justifies more than two simultaneous parts per cycle. For lower-volume or one-off work, a single-head router is easier to program and keeps every spindle in use.

Commissioning includes multi-spindle alignment and synchronisation across all heads, plus training on batch-job programming so repeat parts are laid out correctly for parallel cutting. Standard warranty and phone/video support apply.

Like the Double Head model, this configuration is built for repeat/duplicate-part runs — the throughput advantage disappears on varied one-off jobs where extra heads sit idle. Spindle count and exact configuration are matched to your production volume at quotation, so confirm head count and bed size for your specific job mix.

8 or 12-station linear tool changer for unattended multi-tool machining — swaps drilling, routing and V-groove bits automatically mid-program.
