1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the NEXCNC Industries Private Limited website, requesting machine proposals, or issuing purchase orders for our CNC routers, fiber laser cutters, or press machinery, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Machinery Quotations & Pricing
All prices provided in formal quotes are expressed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Official quotations are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance. Orders become binding upon receipt of written purchase order acceptance and advance payment confirmation.
3. Technical Specifications
NEXCNC continuously improves machine designs. While published specifications (spindle kW, laser source power, table working dimensions, accuracy tolerances) reflect verified factory build standards, minor technical enhancements may be incorporated prior to final dispatch.
4. Delivery, Installation & AMC
- Dispatch Lead Times: Dispatch timelines are confirmed at the time of quotation, based on the machine configuration and current production schedule.
- Site Readiness: Buyers must prepare electrical supply (3-phase power/grounding), air compressors, and level foundation as detailed in site pre-requisite guides.
- Commissioning: Certified NEXCNC field engineers perform installation, calibration, trial cuts, and operator training upon machine arrival.
5. Warranty & Service Terms
NEXCNC machinery is covered by a manufacturer's warranty against structural defects, spindle motors, laser sources, and electronic controllers, with terms confirmed at the time of purchase. Consumables (laser lenses, nozzles, router bits) are excluded from standard warranty coverage.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad/Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
