Rotary attachment for cylindrical/sculptural work
The IS-1325 CNC Router is built around a full 1300 x 2500 mm bed — a genuine 4 x 8 ft sheet capacity — so plywood, MDF, particle board, acrylic and ACP panels cut in one pass without repositioning. A 6 kW air-cooled spindle running 0–24,000 RPM handles both fast flat-panel cutting and detailed 3D relief carving, driven by helical rack-and-pinion on X/Y and ball screw on Z for repeatable accuracy under continuous production. The DSP / NC Studio / Syntec control options work with standard CAM software (Type3, ArtCAM, UcanCam), and an optional 5.5–7.5 kW vacuum pump holds thin sheet stock flat during cutting. It is the entry point into NEXCNC's 1325 router line for furniture, cabinet and signage shops running single-operation jobs — flat cutting, V-groove, engraving — where a manual tool change does not slow production down.

Choose the IS-1325 over the IS-1325 ATC if most jobs use a single bit per run — flat cutting, signage, engraving — since the ATC's automatic tool magazine mainly pays off on multi-step cabinet door and moulding work. Compared with the NX-1325 (also a 9 kW-class single-tool router on the same bed size), the IS-1325's 6 kW spindle and lower price point suit lighter material and lower daily volume; step up to NX-1325 or IS-1325 ATC for heavier-duty continuous production.
Installation includes on-site commissioning by our engineering team — bed leveling, 380V/3-phase power hookup, and control system calibration against a sample cut before handover. Operators are trained on the chosen CAM workflow (Type3 / ArtCAM / UcanCam) and G-code output. The machine carries a manufacturer's warranty backed by ongoing phone and video support for programming or maintenance questions.
Tool changes are manual on this model — for jobs that switch between drilling, grooving and profile cutting within the same part, the IS-1325 ATC variant removes that downtime. The vacuum table is optional, not standard, so it must be specified at order if you are running thin acrylic or laminate sheet that needs full-surface hold-down. It is built for wood, MDF, acrylic and composite panels, not metal.
