4-Axis CNC Router
Rotary attachment for cylindrical/sculptural work
The Double Head router runs two independent 6 kW spindles side by side on the same 1300 x 2500 mm bed, so two identical parts — or two different operations — cut simultaneously instead of sequentially. That effectively doubles throughput on repeat-pattern jobs like matched cabinet door pairs or duplicate sign sets, without needing a second machine or a second setup cycle. Spindle speed runs 0–18,000 RPM per head, driven by the same DSP control and rack-and-pinion/ball-screw axis system as the rest of the range.
Ever since incorporation, NEXCNC has been manufacturing heavy-duty industrial machinery backed by transparent technical specifications and lifetime factory support.

Choose the Double Head over a single-spindle 1325 router when you consistently run duplicate or paired parts — cabinet door sets, matched signage pairs — where cutting two at once meaningfully cuts cycle time. For varied one-off jobs, a single-head router is simpler to program and maintain.
Commissioning includes dual-spindle alignment and synchronisation checks in addition to standard bed leveling and power hookup, so both heads cut to the same reference accurately. Operator training covers dual-head job programming as well as standard G-code workflow, with warranty and phone/video support ongoing.
Two independent heads mean two spindles to maintain and two tool paths to program correctly aligned — it suits repeat/duplicate-part production more than one-off custom jobs where the second head sits idle. At roughly 1800 kg it is heavier and has a larger footprint than a single-head 1325 router.
