The NEX-FLCM-3015 cuts stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, brass and copper sheet on a 1500 x 3000 mm bed, powered by a Raycus fiber laser source available at 3.0 kW or 6.0 kW depending on the thickness and throughput you need. The 3.0 kW source cuts stainless steel up to 16 mm and carbon steel up to 20 mm; stepping up to 6.0 kW extends that to 25 mm on both, plus faster cycle times on thinner material. Positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm/m with ±0.02 mm repeatability and up to 120 m/min positioning speed keep tight tolerances on precision sheet metal parts — enclosures, brackets, structural components — across metal fabrication, automotive and signage work.

The 3.0 kW source cuts stainless steel up to 16 mm and carbon steel up to 20 mm; stepping up to 6.0 kW extends that to 25 mm on both, plus faster cycle times on thinner material. Positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm/m with ±0.02 mm repeatability and up to 120 m/min positioning speed keep tight tolerances on precision sheet metal parts — enclosures, brackets, structural components — across metal fabrication, automotive and signage work.
Choose the 6.0 kW source over 3.0 kW if you regularly cut stainless or carbon steel above 16–20 mm, or want faster cycle times on your existing thickness range — the higher power raises both cutting capacity and speed. For thinner sheet work (under 16 mm) where budget matters more than raw throughput, the 3.0 kW source covers the same working area at lower cost.
Installation includes water-cooling system commissioning, laser source calibration and cutting-parameter setup for your specific material mix, alongside standard bed leveling and 380V/3-phase power hookup. Operator training covers nesting software, cutting-parameter selection by material/thickness, and routine maintenance, backed by manufacturer warranty and ongoing phone/video support.
Cutting thickness scales with laser power — the 3.0 kW source is the more economical choice for sheet up to 16–20 mm, but thicker structural plate needs the 6.0 kW option; confirm your typical material thickness before choosing the source power. This is a metal-cutting machine and does not process wood, acrylic or other non-metal materials.
