The NS-1325 is built specifically for stone — a water-cooled spindle (available at 3.0, 4.5 or 6.0 kW depending on how deep and fast you need to cut) replaces the air-cooled spindles used on NEXCNC's wood routers, since marble and granite dust and heat load demand liquid cooling for sustained cutting life. The T-slot table with PVC surface and 1520 x 3050 mm table size accommodates slab and tile stock, while the 1300 x 2500 x 200 mm working envelope handles engraving, relief carving and profile cutting on marble, granite and general stone.
Choose the NS-1325 specifically for marble, granite and stone work — its water-cooled spindle is the key difference from NEXCNC's wood/acrylic router range, which uses air-cooled spindles unsuited to stone dust and heat load. If your work is wood, MDF or acrylic, the standard 1325 or 1530 router range is the right fit instead.
Commissioning includes water-cooling system setup and testing alongside standard bed leveling and power hookup, since spindle cooling is critical to sustained stone-cutting operation. Operators are trained on stone-specific toolpath and feed-rate settings, with warranty and ongoing phone/video support.
This is a stone-specific machine — the water-cooled spindle and T-slot/PVC table are not intended for wood or acrylic production work, so if your shop runs both stone and wood jobs, a separate wood router is the better fit for the wood side.
